LEAK IN TOILET SUPPLY LINE WHICH RESULTED IN MOLD
The water loss was behind the toilet at the water supply line. This home is only used several times a year, and was vacant during the water damage. The leak ran for some time before it was noticed, which resulted in mold. The mold was in the master bathroom, shower, closet, hallway, and down to the wood framing in some areas.
The first picture is of some visible mold in the master bathroom.
The second picture is the master bathroom after the drywall has been removed. All of the pipes and vents are sealed, which keeps mold spores from traveling, through the house and affecting other areas.
