Water Loss throughout entire home

While this 2 story home is occupied by a full time residential couple, they were away for the month when their water heater burst and leaked throughout their home, in the summer.

The moisture and continued leak settled in to the walls and up to the ceiling framing like a sponge. Due to excessive heat, mold was inside and outside their walls from floor to ceilings. 

When they arrived home, they could feel and smell the mold and moisture everywhere.

With such extensive mold damage, their insurance knew to advise them to call SERVPRO as this was not a small job and their home would need stripped to the framing, persistent testing, encapsulation, and fully reconstructed.

Likewise- SERVPRO Repairs Teams were very social in giving this homeowner daily updates and keeping the Mr. and Mrs. informed daily on what they could expect to see happen in their home every step of the way.

The insurance company was very satisfied in that they could intrust SERVPRO to continue on their 1 claim from start to finish which has been  of huge benefit to the homeowner, the insurance company and to the teams who kept the flow at SERVPRO.

At the end of this, because SERVPRO uses Esporta Washing System to restore soft contents, the insurance co was able to see a savings of approximately $$60,000 in spending for replacement of soft contents because we restore and return the customer's treasured contents rather than them being forced to buy new items they were not attached to.
