Fast response will prevent further damages.  This flooded commercial building in Lake Havasu City, AZ was the result of a broken pipe above the ceiling tiles by the front entry.  Notice the extent of the water damage throughout the entire room.  Water ran down the wall and onto the floor.  Due to the amount of moisture in the affected area and the unknown time frame that the materials had been wet, some drywall and insulation needed to be removed.  Prior to removing affected materials, such as drywall, we are required by law to have an indoor environmentalist test the materials of any commercial building for any trace of asbestos or lead paint regardless of the year of the building.
