Residential Fire with Board Up and Pack Out

Many times, when a home fire happens, the entire family is caught off guard. This house fire was in a home of a family with teen children and each room was full of personal belongings and cherished items. SERVPRO was a first responder after a partial home was burned. SERVPRO did a full board up to prevent theft or entry to this home while the SERVPRO Loss and Pack Out Team went through the entire home, room by room. SERVPRO took pictures of every stack of clothing, personal items, kitchen and other household items while packing everything into boxes to store. There were 2 rooms that were total losses and those items were recorded and removed as well. SERVPRO of Lake Havasu City / Bullhead City / Kingman has an Esporta Cleaning System so we were able to fully clean and restore all contents and return them to the family cleaner than when we gathered them. This family has really been appreciative which is our goal, to help when any family has a tragedy such as this.
