Ceiling Pipe Break In Lake Havasu City, AZ

  CEILING PIPE BREAK IN LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ

   This water loss was a broken pipe in the ceiling in the master bedroom. This was a empty house that was in between renters. Luckily for the home owners the renters moved out yesterday, so they we're on there way to clean the house when they found the water damage.

 The first picture is after SERVPRO of Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, and Kingman AZ extracted all the water from the master bedroom. One of our technicians is checking the amount of moisture in the stucco wall.

  The second picture is the post mitigation picture. The carpet and part of the ceiling had to be removed, because of the extensive water damage.
