This flooded garage in Lake Havasu City, AZ was the result of a water damage caused by the water heater leaking in the garage while homeowners had been gone for a few weeks.  As the homeowner was unaware of the leak, naturally mold growth began.  SERVPRO technicians contained the area and completed the mitigation and remediation which includes a controlled demo of the affected areas by removing the drywall and insulation then sanitation of the area of the exposed wood framing.  Air quality clearance is completed by a third party hygienist prior to any repairs starting.  Doing the job the right way, the first time, to protect the homeowner's health and property.
