SERVPRO roof repairs done to the shingles

In Arizona, the wind can be fierce once in a while and sun rotted shingles are easily damaged by strong wind.

Even a few lifted shingles can allow water to leak in so it is critical to roof tarp or repair the shingles right away.

This particular call, we opted to repair the shingles for the customer because it was monsoon season and we can make roof tarps very secure however there was going to be more rain that night and the rest of her roof was healthy and intact.

SERVPRO was able to get our construction crew out to properly repair these shingles the same day and our staff dropped back by her home a few times during the next week to verify her shingles weren't leaking or that more were lifting, and all was good.

It's always great when we can fully resolve the customer's needs saving them time and money as well as providing a resolution that lasts.
