Roof Leak caused inside damage

For SERVPRO of LHC / BHC / KGM, the territory is hot so during the summer, roofs take a beating. Then along comes rain and often heavy winds which blows dried out shingles apart.

It often isn't until water begins appearing inside on the ceiling that people realize there is any problem. 

SERVPRO is quick to access, quick to remove the damaged drywall and do everything required to dry out, make sure the wall cavity tests as dry, then replace the drywall, texture, and repaint to make sure the inside damage looks "Like it never even happened."

It is also very critical that the roof be repaired and in this case our customer handled the roof repair immediately, therefore we were able to finish our work in a timely manner as well and the resident had her home back within 8 business days between the roof repairs and the SERVPRO Dry Out and Full Repairs done for her.
