Here in Mohave County we know of at least 3 other restoration companies and once in a while an insurance company calls us here at SERVPRO "after the fact" that the customer had used a restoration company however the team came in, tore up the damaged materials, then left. Now the family and the insurance company are asking for SERVPRO to come help get the area dry and repaired.

When our team arrives, there is typically mold growing and very wet surfaces with no true dry out technique provided.
